Our systems were devised around the remodel process, because this is where we got our start. We use strategies like the competitive bid selection process to assure fair pricing to our clients. We also insist that our subcontractors work from a quantified bid proposal whenever possible. This is achieved by creating a Scope of Work from which they can offer a bid. Our project managers are trained to put the work out for bid to at least three qualified subcontractors - whom we've worked with previously - in each category, whenever possible. In turn, the subcontractors are more accountable for their work and the budget. Additions to the Scope of Work are undisputedly extras. We also offer online project management software that allows access to its clients, who can review all parts of the project using this system. Understanding that our client base comes from all parts of the country and even the world, we try to be flexible to their individual needs.
