Often times a client knows what they want in their new home. Other times an owner or builder can use some help coordinating their home building project. Sherlock Homes can design a Construction Contract to meet the needs of this type of client.

We can help coordinate the specification organization. We can also help coordinate the hiring of subcontractors. Most of the time we can save a client the expense of hiring us. This is done though organization which saves time and money, and by using subcontractors who normally charge us a preferred rate, because we work with them so often.

Working With Designers

We often work with Designers to ensure that specifications fit into the client's budget. We can provide mock-ups, build story boards and even help with the CAD process when required to help show the design professional and client the intended specification or finish.
