A History of Home Maintenance

Our roots are based in home maintenance. We started as a home maintenance and minor remodel contractor. We believe that preventative home maintenance and regular inspections promote longevity and save home owners money. Property managers and home owners alike continue to hire Sherlock Homes to create seasonal maintenance to-do lists.

While there are several items that have to be completed prior to a season starting, there are others that can be noted and planned for the coming construction season to, next construction season. This gives a home owner time to budget for a larger maintenance project and spreads the expense of home maintenance out so that it is more digestible.

As with all of our services, Sherlock Homes takes great pride in and will always stand by the we work we do. Whether its building a new home, overseeing a paint project or doing some minor repairs and touch-ups, Sherlock Homes follows-through, sends updates and offers high-quality construction and home maintenance products.

Sherlock Homes can assist Property Managers with seasonal home maintenance.

Commercial Property Maintenance

Sherlock Homes has managed many commercial maintnenace and construction projects for its commercial property management clients. By manging a projects quality, schedule and budget we are able to work with the appropriate subcontractors to deliver a successful completed project. We are accountable for the subcontractors, we report weekly (at a minimum) regarding progress and we will work with the management and design team to make sure that all concerns are handled and all intentions are met.

Sherlock Homes’ goal is to be a property managers support staff. Each of our property management clients has their own set of needs, because they each offer different in-house services. Sherlock Homes will never step on the toes of the property management companies in-house staff. We intent to compliment the management team by providing support only where needed. We will never compete for the property managers clients business, because we DO NOT MANAGE PROPERTIES!!! Our intention is to make the property manager look good in the eyes of the home owner whose property they manage.
